EGGPLANT SESAME BAKE (Winter Healing Guide)
Ingredients:
2 eggplants, sliced into rounds 3 scallion stalks
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds Sea salt
Instructions:
Brush eggplant with sesame oil, scallions, and sesame seeds, and roast at 400°F (205°C) for 25–30 minutes.
